Klaverjas HD: A Traditional Dutch Card Game
Klaverjas HD is a digital version of one of the most popular card games in the Netherlands. Traditionally played in cafes and social clubs, as well as at home, Klaverjassen is a game for 4 players who play in pairs, sitting opposite each other.
The objective of Klaverjas HD is to score as many points as possible in 16 hands. The game has different variants, named after the cities where they originated: Amsterdam and Rotterdam. In each hand, the player and their partner must collect more than half of the available points by choosing trumps and taking tricks containing valuable cards. Failure to do so results in scoring no points, while the opposing pair receives all the points.
